Therapy for the Questions that don't have easy answers

Therapy for adults, teens & families who want to explore big questions, reconnect with themselves, and stay present in the messy, meaningful parts of being alive.

Life is weird, unpredictable, and occasionally a lot ...

You might be ...

  • Someone drawn to life’s big questions: death, meaning, belonging, but unsure how to live with them without feeling overwhelmed or alone.

  • Grieving or someone (or something) that changed you. A loss others can’t see, or one so big it reshaped your sense of time, self, or what matters.

  • A parent trying to build a better relationship with your child, while also finding your footing in the chaos, exhaustion, and complexity of it all.

  • An artist who’s lost touch with your creative spark, or is wrestling with the vulnerability, doubt, and pressure that come with making meaningful work.

  • A high-achiever who’s always kept it together but is starting to feel the cost, burnout, disconnection, or that creeping sense of “is this all there is?”

Therapy isn't about finding the answers, it's about expanding your capacity to meet life as it comes

Integrative Therapy Studio offers virtual therapy for adults, teens, & families across Ontario, with limited in-person availability through the Toronto Wellness Collective (pre-booking required). We work with individuals and families navigating the uncertainty, intensity, and complexity of being alive.

Despite the name, this isn’t a walk-in studio, it’s a space for deep experiential exploration. A studio is a place for experimentation and transformation ...  and that’s how we approach therapy. Here, we integrate traditional talk therapy with experiential, existential, and creative practices to support your whole self:  the rational, the scientific, the mystical, and the messy middle — we make space for all of it. Your contradictions aren't a problem here, they're expected

If you're looking for support that meets you where you are without pressure to mask or conform, you're in the right place.  All identities, abilities, beliefs, and lived experiences are welcome.

If something about this approach speaks to you, even if you're not sure why yet, I offer complimentary 15 minute phone consultations to explore how we might work together.

hi, I'm Jennifer

I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and Expressive Arts Therapist, and I offer therapy for individuals & families across Ontario. I founded this practice to offer an approach that is collaborative, experiential, and truly integrative, because healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. I believe that therapy should be as unique as the person in it. My approach is flexible, relational, and experiential, blending science with self-discovery to help you experience lasting change.
